🏠 Fantastic Room Available in Vibrant Victoria Park Area!

We are three young professional 24 y/o male housemates working in tech and finance. We’re looking for a replacement for our previous flatmate who is moving out to do a PhD. We’re sociable, clean and enjoy a good time. We’d love to have a housemate who’s happy to spend sunny afternoons in the park and get drinks at the local pubs. We often spend evenings chatting, eating together and watching films in our lounge.

We live right by Victoria Park in a vibrant part of east London. We’re a ~10 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station and Cambridge Heath overground station.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden and a separate lounge and kitchen. The lounge is equipped with a TV, soundbar, sofas and a PS5. The house in semi-detached and gets lots of natural light.

The rent for the room is £1050 a month and bills (gas, electricity, water, WiFi, council tax) are ~£150 a month. The tenancy renews in September so the minimum stay is only 2 months.
