The house is located in Bethnal Green with a ten minute walk to the Tube Station (Central Line - 12mins to Oxford Circus) short bus ride, cycle or walk to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street. 2 Mins up the road and you are in the beautiful Victoria Park, stroll along Regents Canal and you will arrive at the local Broadway Market and London Fields.

The room available is quaint and has it's own bathroom (shower, basin and toilet) There is a large sash window which lets a lot of lovely light in; great for lazy saturday afternoons. There is a cupboard and a cabinet in the room, if more storage is need there is space on the landing as well as a basement area for suitcases and boxes.

The house has a great lounge with comfortable couches and large TV, which is not too often in use, the lounge leads onto a dining area with a table for eating, working, drinking and general table usage.

The kitchen is great and fully prepared for any cook extraordinaire. It leads onto a delightful outside area; which admittedly is more useful in summer. If you have a bike we store ours down the side of the house which is safe and secure.
Ideally we will be looking for a guy to even things out however we will also consider girls.

The rent is £732 per month excluding bills and a £973 deposit.

The set bills are paid at the beginning of the month. The gas and electricity is metered.
