Hi! We're looking for a new female housemate to join us in our humble abode in Bethnal Green/ Mile End. It's a great 3 story house in a gated complex which is well-connected to tubes at Bethnal Green and Mile End and close to the fantastic Regent's Canal and Victoria Park.
Our home is large, modern, clean and set over 3 floors with a beautiful terrace and 2 bathrooms. The room is modern, well furnished and big (picture doesn’t do the size justice). We have a great open plan common area with a large terrace. The rent is £649 and bills come to £110 per month which covers all amenities plus broadband and a cleaner who comes once a week. The deposit is £723 and is payable before occupation of the room.
We're looking for professionals only, no students, no couples please.
We are 2 males and 1 female, ages 30-35. We are looking for another female to join the house.
