The Room
Double bedroom in a 3 bedrooms flat which has just been renovated and totally refurbished. The room has a new bed, wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawer and has a large window.
The Flat
We have a nice cosy living room with a large 3D TV and home cinema and a Sky box with Sky Sport. There is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, a large fridge/freezer with enough storage for the 3 flat mates. Finally, there is two modern bathrooms which makes life easier in the morning and when we have friends visiting in the week-ends.
We have a cleaner coming 2 hours per week doing all common parts as well as bedrooms.
Location
The location is excellent with the flat being only 100m away from Bethnal Green station on the Central Line: it barely takes 15min to go to Oxford Circus. There is lots of shops and bars in the area and we are only a short walk away from Brick Lane and Shoreditch.

The other bedroom is currently rented by one French guy and is looking for another professional to share the flat with, have drinks, dinners ect...
