Lovely Spacious Double in Bethnal Green

We have a lovely double room in Bethnal Green, which will be available from September 26th.

We are looking for a new roomie to join our home! Please read below and any more questions please pop us an email!

The Room
The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and use of additional storage in a roomy cupboard under the stairs. The room is on the ground floor and looks on to the front garden. It has not one but TWO windows and it very bright and airy.

The House
The house is a maisonette with its own entrance and car parking space (although we already have a car using it, sorry! – if you do have a car there are additional spaces that you can get a permit for). It has a small front garden too and lovely neighbours. We are also very close to all the essentials – the tube (Bethnal Green & Stepney Green stations), big Sainsbury’s, little Sainsbury’s and some very nice drinking establishments. Inside the house we have a big kitchen, medium sized living room as well as a large bathroom and separate loo. The house is fully furnished, with all the white goods, including a washing machine.

Your Future Housemates
We are two lovely males and a lovely female (references available- for the lovely bit, we are human honest) who all get on well and really enjoy living in our house. Our other amigo and soon to be former housemate has decided to move in with his girlfriend (aw). So if you like the sound of our spare room and house so far here is a little about us:

Chris (26) manages a Nike store (read DISCOUNTS), loves fashion and Scandi interiors, and loves a gin and tonic on a dreary Monday night

Lisa (26) works as a journalist and is the queen of the Internet – need a cat meme, she will send you every cat related meme on the internet. She is also an excellent cook and makes a mean cocktail.

Tom (26) works in publishing and is also a really good cook (probably better than Lisa) and enjoys sharing his concoctions with the rest of us scroungers.

Bills and the Boring Stuff
Rent: £650 per month
Deposit: £900 (it goes into one of those deposit safety schemes organised by the estate agent)
Bills: Work out to about £44 per month.
We have Sky broadband and digital TV, a PS4, plus two Netflix, a Love Film account and two copies of the Friends box set.
