Room in bethnal Green the tube right outside

Urgently looking for to take over my lease for my room until September or more if wanted as I have to move back to New Zealand.

The flat is very cosy and warm and situated right outside the Bethnal Green tube station, on the edge of Zone 1 and 2 and five minutes walk to Shoreditch where there is plenty of bars restaurants and places to hang. All the necessity s are on hand, sainsburys underneath, two shops down and a beautiful park across the road
The current flat mates are 2 young french girls and an American guy, all very nice and most of all very clean!
There is also a cleaner who is contracted to come 3 times a month to keep the place spotless.
Room comes with a comfy double bed, a wardrobe and two sets of drawers, desk and a chair.
Room is leased through city rooms agency and all they need is a job refrence and your passport. the deposit for the room is 800 plus the first months rent
