Modern, spacious, and gets the sun all day long (it's on the 3rd floor, and is surrounded by balconies / roof space.) We get the sunset on the living room and have great views over the city (especially from your room!!!). The Living room is nice and spacious
The regents canal is around the corner. Victoria park and London fields are just around the corner as well (so loads of outdoor space!!), Broadway market is a 5 min walk and the tube / overground / mainline are all within 10 min walk. Shoreditch and Hoxton 15 min walk and columbia road flower market also only 10 min walk. Loads of cafe's restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs, raves spots, galleries, night markets, ahhh so much!!! you'll never get bored!
