This room is originally advertised with an agency, I had a change in plans and need to leave.

Its a spacious room located on the top floor of a flat that is stretched across 3-level building.

All basic necessities covered: double bed, big desk, a chair, VERY large wardrobe, plenty of space.
I lived in this room for almost 6 months, several flatmates had changed ever since.
They are surprisingly clean and quiet, keeping in mind that they are men.

Toilets and kitchen is shared and the best part is communal areas are cleaned every 10 days, so there won’t be any issues splitting clean up duties.
He have a boiler, so no problems with hot water. Boiler was fixed right before winter and did not fail once keeping us warm during winter.

Flatmates are working professionals. They are Italian, friendly and sociable. They respect your privacy but they are happy to have a drink too.

5 min walk Cambridge Heath (Overground – takes you to Liverpool street and change for Central Line)
5 min walk – 24 hour busses to Oxford road, Camden and Finsbury park.
10-15 min walk Bethnal Green (Central line)
