Double room available in Bethnal Green

Double room available in a huge, well located flat with three amazing flatmates.

The flat is in Bethnal Green, just off Colombia Road with the wonderful flower market that we never visit as often as we mean to. We have a huge living room with great City views and a big kitchen with our very own raclette grill, Nespresso machine and all the other necessary gadgets.

We are right beside major bus routes, a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street station, 10 minute walk from the Central line and a 15 minute walk from the Northern line.

You will be living with:
- Manuel, a 27 year old adorably nerdy German working at Google whose greatest fault is his inability to pronounce pomegranate.
- Nathan, a gay 25 year old French playwright. He loves creme fraiche and trashy American tv, and dislikes the French.
- Doireann, who is 23, Irish and works for an art charity. She talks a lot and bakes a lot of cakes.

Rent is £560 per month, and bills are another £61.

We are looking for a girl (to keep the balance) who is interested in making new friends rather than just finding a place to live. Come meet us for a drink and a chat if this sounds like the flat of your dream (it is).
