Let me start by saying that I’m the owner of the house and Live in it.
I am looking for a lodger.
Large Double bedroom for single occupancy with private bathroom in a stunning penthouse with unobstructed panoramic views of 85% of London's skyline.
Ample storage/wardrobe space and newly decorated.
The penthouse has a large dining room/sitting room with kitchen and a terrace surrounding the whole property and is in a securely gated development within a few minutes walk of Bethnal Green, Stepney Green and Mile End stations.
I have a very loving dog, a cocker spaniel, called George. He is 8 years old, very sweet and non intrusive.
I am an honest and fair landlord (some say quite funny... which tends to go a long way!) and make a living out of renting the rooms in the other four houses I have across East London.
