Gorgeous Double Room in Bethnal Green/Shoreditch

We're looking for a new housemate to fill a double bedroom in our awesome house!

It's a 4 bedroom house with a large sunny living room, a large separate kitchen with hobs, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. 2 full bathrooms with tub and shower (we never have problems in the morning)! At the back there's a wonderfully warm conservatory and a lovely garden (BBQ!). The kitchen, both bathrooms and the floor downstairs were renovated a couple of years ago and are modern and in great condition.

The room is the largest in the house, fully furnished with a built in wardrobe, an additional standalone wardrobe, a double bed with brand new mattress, desk and shelves.

Bills are on top are about £50 a month including wifi.

Your flat mates would be three very lovely humans and a dog, Dexter, a Jack Russel who is easily everyone’s favourite. We are all in late twenties – thirties, 1 guy, 2 women who all work full time in the area. We've lived here for awhile: we really like that this is a home not a house, and we love the area, the markets, and the nightlife.

We are pretty chilled during the week, and often out and about but also enjoy going out or having friends over. We're looking to continue a sociable houseshare, with a tidy and respectful housemate. We also like our independence and are looking for a respectful housemate that is used to living with others and is happy to look after our lovely home (we are not clean freaks but all do our bit to keep our lovely house clean so you must be up for that)! We also have a cleaner that comes once a week to keep our common areas pretty.

The house is in an incredible location, 1 min walking distance from Bethnal Green tube station. Also within walking distance from Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Broadway Market, etc. All kinds of night buses (8, 388, 26, 48, 55, 106, 254, D3, D6) to Central London, South London and Camden available. Big Tesco 3 mins away.
