About me:
I am a 25 year old design student whom are looking for a new flatmate. Im easy going and laid-back. Would like to get a flatmate that can enjoy a movie as much as a casual drink on a friday night.

The Flat:
Has two bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, kitchen and a nice living room. The flat is on the fourth floor and has nice view from the room I'm renting out aswell.
The neighbours are really nice and I have never had any trouble with noise or feeling unsafe in the neighbour hood. The Living room has wooden flooring, as does the two rooms.
The Kitchen is laminated.

The room for rent:
Its the biggest of the two rooms in the flat. A spacious double room with a large window looking out on east London. The room is furnished with closets, double bed and desk.

Transportation:
Tube: 5 min to Bethnal green Tube station.
Bus: 5 min walk to bus routes: 55, 254, 106, 26, 48.
Overground: 5 min to Cambridge Heath Station.

The other stuff:
Bills is about an extra 50 a month.
That includes Internet(10), water, gas and electricity.
