The time has come for my partner and I to move out of our home but the up side is we get to go travelling and you all get a chance to snag a great place to live!
We are looking for a friendly, relaxed and tidy professional to take over our room and join the friendly flat we leave behind in Bethnal Green.

It’s in an awesome location - 5 mins walk from Bethnal Green tube stop on the Central Line so very easy to get around London. A railway station and plenty of all-night buses are also 5 mins away. A large Tesco and numerous grocery and convenience stores are a stones throw away and we are walking distance from Brick Lane, Shoreditch and the nightspots that surround them.

The flat is over 2 levels and has a large kitchen with small dining area, a very large living room, full bathroom upstairs and 2 toilets.

The room is a good size with plenty of cupboard space, double bed, bedside tables and a cheeky view of the city.

You will be sharing with 2 other flatmates; An Aussie (31 male) who works in Marketing & Communications and French (20 female) who works in the hospitality industry.
They’re easy going and sociable so are looking for a housemate that enjoys the occasional dinner and drinks and can have a good laugh and chat once in a while.

The room is available from August 4th. Rent is 600 pounds per month and the bills come to approx. 50 pounds per month per person for Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax and Hi Speed Broadband.
There is also a one month deposit of £600.
