Double Room Hoxton/Hackney

Hi everyone!

We have a comfortable double bedroom available, located at one of the best area's in East London, near Broadway market, London Fields and Victoria Park, and Shoreditch old street! It's only 10 minutes walking distance to Bethnal Green and Hoxton overground tube station, while only a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (lines: 55, 26, 48). This enables you to get almost anywhere, anytime!

Additional costs are: utility bills £22 in summer and £52 in winter. The agency fee is one time £150.

The apartment is shared with three lovely outgoing flatmates, all students and different nationalities: Netherlands, Brazil and Kenya. We are therefor looking for a student to take my place!

The apartment consists out of a bathroom with shower and tub, a toilet and sink. Kitchen with stove, washing machine, water boiler, toaster, a big refrigerator and freezer
