I'm renting my double bedroom from roughly end of August for the next 7 months (one month sublet+ 6 months on contract) with the chance of extending the contract at the end of the tenancy. The flat is managed by a an agency and you would be signing a 6 months contract from the 20th of September.
The flat is a two bedroom flat with no living room. The room has a double bed, small wardrobe, rail and desk with chair. All the furniture is staying as it has been left from previous tenants.
The flat is very bright and clean, it has all the usual facilities, washing machine, a little storage room and a foldable table.
You will be sharing with a very friendly Italian girl who works in photography and who's been living in the flat for the past year.

The flat is very well located in a peaceful area, 5 min walk away from Bethnal green station and 5 min away from Broadway Market and London Fields. We are also less than 10 min walk from Columbia road.
We are at the third floor of a very quiet building with a brand new electronic gate.
As already mentioned, the property is managed by a property agency, which so far has been a good point as they are very prompt in case of same day urgent repair etc.
The rent is 595 and the bills should come to around 50 pounds per month.
We would ideally look for a professional person (no couple!), who fits the contract requirement, which means you either need to be on a contract job or have a UK guarantor.
