Double room in wonderful 8th floor modernist flat

My lovely flatmate Katie's leaving for pastures new and i'm looking for an equally great person to take her room in a 8th floor modernist apartment block with amazing views located behind Hackney rd in Bethnal Green.

The flat is split over two floors with the open plan kitchen/lounge area (and a balcony with views from the olympic stadium to Canary Wharf and over to the Gherkin and the city) on the "ground" floor and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There's a really helpful concierge during weekdays and even a water feature (moat) downstairs - basically the flat is really secure and close to all the great stuff the east end has to offer.

It's a really great place to live, very relaxed and easy going and i'm hoping to find someone that can appreciate this. You'll be sharing with me, graphic designer who works in theatre/arts and enjoys things like taking photos, listening to music, going to theatre, painting, swimming, cooking, drinking too much coffee and basically anything else cliched of that nature you can add to that. I'm pretty easy going and don't take myself too seriously but i do like to keep a tidy but homely flat so it's pretty important you're clean, respectful and relaxed.
I'm vegetarian and while it's not essential you are, it would help if you didn't cook a lot of meat.

The room available is on the small side - most of the photos of the room were taken with a wide angle lens so it makes it look a bit larger than it actually is but it measures approximately 2. 8m wide x 3. 5m long. but there's still room for bed, dresser wardrobe and a small desk. The bedrooms, hall and stairs are freshly carpeted but the downstairs area has wooden floors (and did i mention the amazing views) and tastefully tiled bathroom with good water pressure and all that.

The room won't be available until 14/15 September but i'm hoping to find someone for the room quite early.
