The Flat:

Situated within a quiet, small block of Victorian flats, with a lovely courtyard for the use of all residents

Kitchen fully furnished (washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, etc...)

Large shared living room

Shared bathroom with bath and shower (currently being refurbished, so please excuse the photo!)

Your potential flatmates:

We're all very laid back and want someone with a similar attitude! All of us are young professionals, so would preferably like to have someone else in a full time position, but students will be considered.

Jamie works in the city at a financial services company, and likes watching too much sport at the weekends (in Amber's opinion!). Amber works at a creative branding agency and enjoys going out for dinner and cocktails - a little too often. Zoya works in PR, and can often be found in Brick Lane on a Saturday night.

We all enjoy each others company and like to spend the odd evening having dinner together or watching a film in the living room. We're not a party house, but are all out and about a fair amount of the time.

[The boring part:]

£600 per month WITHOUT bills (usually come to around £65 per person/per month - council tax, water, electric, gas and internet)

Deposit is 5 weeks rent plus £150 admin fee - comes to about £800 - + one months rent upfront

The contract is 12 months, but you can leave at any time with two months notice - as long as you find yourself a replacement!

Available 20th September - but the current flatmate is happy to move out on 13th September if you cover the additional rent for that week
