The flat is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom property on the 5th floor. I've marked the room an en suite in the ad as you have your own separate bathroom (pretty big with bath - see pic). Your bedroom has a queen size bed and a wardrobe. We have a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher and a pretty large common living area.
The property overlooks picturesque Meath Gardens and Roman Road is a minute walk which has loads of shops and restaurants.
I am looking for an easy going person to share the flat with. A working professional.
I'm a 38 year old advertising professional - I work long hours in the week so you have the place to yourself mostly. I also travel often on work. On the weekends, I generally socialize with friends/colleagues at the local pub. I occasionally like to unwind during the week by having a drink and watching TV. I'm pretty clean and the flat is very tidy, ideal for the working professional.
All bills included, which cover high-speed wifi, cleaning (once a week), gas and electricity.
Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line) and Stepney Green (District/Circle Line) stations are 5 to 7 minutes walk away. Available from the 1st of December onwards.
