I am looking to move out of my UNITE student accommodation to live with friends and need someone to take over my contract ASAP!

The roomis on the 4th floor of Blithehale Court. It is very spacious and comes with a 3/4 size bed, desk and chair, shelving, notice board, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, and lots of under-bed storage space.
The en-suite is a decent size with a toilet, sink, shelving, mirror and shower.

The room is contained within a shared flat of 5 rooms total and the kitchen is shared- with plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space.

The building itself has a laundry, a roof terrace and a common room and is very sociable.

Rent is £199p/w with all bills and internet included and tenancy ends on 4 September 2015.

It is 2 minutes walk from Bethnal Green station which makes travelling around very easy via the Central Line. There are also numerous buses and night buses which operate through the area. It is ideally situated opposite Bethnal Green park and next to Roman Road. There is also a Sainsbury's Local next to the station and a Sainsbury's supermarket 5 minutes walk away.
