Double Room in Bethnal Green

The house has a large open plan kitchen/living room with all the standard equipment (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave etc.). It has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath/shower (on the ground floor) and the one with a shower (on the top floor). We also have a small backyard where we keep our bikes.

We are in a great location:
- Bethnal Green Station (Central Line) is a 5 minute walk
- Cambridge Heath Road station (National rail) is a 5 minute walk
- Barclays bikes available around the corner

- Bethnal Green high street is a 2 minute walk
- London Fields/Broadway market is a 5 minute walk
- Brick Lane and Shoreditch are only a 15 minute walk

The room has a bed, wardrobe and a chest of draws and costs £720pcm (bills not included), and is a pretty decent sized double room though not huge.

We reckon bills are around £80 per month (including council tax), but it obviously depends on the month as it's more in winter and less in summer.

The house is rented through Grainger and you would be signing on to a 12 month contract with a break period after 6 months (you only need to give a 2 month notice after the first 6 months).

Two of your potential housemates have been living in the house for 2 years and love the area and its convenience. One of us is a 27 year old guy who works at a charity in central London and the other is a 26 woman who works in medical statistics. The third housemate is moving in at the same time, and she works in public health. We are all quite busy and often in and out of the house when not working. Due to our 9 till 5 jobs we are not having crazy parties in the house every night but obviously enjoy the occasional drink and having friends round.

The house is really comfortable and spacious, and is a great place to live.
