I have a lovely 6 year old Scottish fold cat who is an absolute joy, very friendly and loves a cuddle. He is very clean, does not have an indoor litter tray so no litter tray smells. Small dogs considered but they must be able to get along with my cat and be well trained.
I don’t have pics of the second room at the moment as my current flatmate is moving out but it is similar to the 1st room shown in the photos.

Getting around:
The house is situated in Zoon 3 in a peaceful and residential area.. This property benefits from close proximity to lively Blackheath and Eltham for an array of bars, restaurants, and shops and has good transport links into central London.
It is about a 10-minute walk to Kidbrooke train station for trains into London Victoria (30min), London Bridge (15min), London Waterloo(20min) for the National Theatre, and London Eye and Charing Cross(25min).
There is also a bus stop located about 5 mins from the house. With 2 regular buses running every 5-8 min.
The area is well served by buses with route 132 (which takes you to North Greenwich and the Jubilee Line, in about 10-15 min.) 286 is a short hop to Greenwich DLR. Picture House, Greenwich Theatre, riverside bars, and numerous good restaurants are all also within a few minutes of easy reach. Greenwich park is a 30 minute walk away.
