I am Grace the live in landlady. I am a single outgoing person working in Children’s Services for the council. I have an Arts background, a strong interest in psychology and I am a practicing Nichiren Buddhist. I’ve been flat sharing all my adult life and am happy to provide references from past Flatmate’s:)

The Flat (Maisonette) is spacious and modern in the heart of Blackheath Royal Standard SE3 . Total Rent £600.

The Kitchen has breakfast bar and two Fridges. There are also two toilets, upstairs and downstairs.
Dish-washer, power-shower, spa-bath and wireless broadband and we have privet off road parking too.

We are in a great location and have all the shops and amenities one needs at our fingertips including M&S Simply Food.

The transport links are also excellent. You can walk to Westcombe Park Train station in 10mins or Blackheath in 15mins (both of these will take you to London Bridge in about 12mins or Charring X or Cannon St. in 20mins), or take one of the regular buses to the stations taking 5mins.
The bus links are superb too, you can get a bus to pretty much anywhere from here including, North Greenwich Tube (Jubilee Line, one stop from Canary Wharf) or Greenwich or Lewisham DLR, all in around 10mins. There is also a bus that runs 24hrs to and from Trafalgar Square that takes 35mins.
We are also 10walk from the beautiful Royal Greenwich park and 5mins from the Heath itself, so plenty of green outdoor space. Basically we are in a fab location!
