Looking for a double room in a friendly houseshare in Blackheath? This is it! We have a spacious 4 bedroom house with a friendly crew of professionals. There is a private backyard and balcony; perfect for barbecues and beers in the sun in summer. Looking for someone clean, respectful and sociable to fit in.

This double room is on the ground floor and has sliding double doors going out onto the fenced backyard. The room is unfurnished although a bed base and desk are available for purchase. This room has a hall closet as well as under stair storage.

The people: All professionals between the ages of 24-28. Friendly and social, but respectful of privacy. We head out to the pub or the local comedy shows or kick a ball around the Heath frequently. Always up for a BBQ or a movie night. Everyone works fairly normal hours between 8am-6pm.

The house is in a private cul de sac and has an off street parking space available. Very safe and friendly neighbourhood. The house has two bathrooms, shared living room, balcony, backyard and a dishwasher. There is quite a lot of storage space if you should need it.

Blackheath station 5 minutes
Lewisham station 15 minutes
Large Sainsburys 15 minutes

Bills include: Cleaner once every fortnight (we also put a little in for toilet paper and cleaning products), Sky, Home phone, Council Tax, Water, Gas etc...

Deposit: 537. 50 - (wouldn't let me put the 50p above).
There is also a cost from the letting agent to change renew the tenancy agreement and put your name on it- price about 150 pounds.

Landlord is lovely and anything that needs to be done she gets on to it quickly.
