Ensuite Room available in Blackwall (Zone 2)

We have a double room with ensuite available mid june to the beginning of July. The room is big and part furnished. It comes with a bed frame, mattress, built in wardrobe and bedside table so they only piece of furniture needed is a desk! Bills estimate £100 per month including council tax

We have been friends for over 10 years and would like someone who would fit in. We are both really chill people
who like to have friends over occasionally for board game nights and a glass of wine. We spend a lot of time together but both have our own friends in London. We would be keen for someone to get involved but also respectful of each others spaces.

Its a 5 min walk from Blackwall station or 15 mins to canary wharf.
