Double bed - Bloomsbury - Spacious flat

We are two professionals moving into an amazing 3-bed apartment in central London (5 minute walk to the British museum). Having previously lived before more East, we wanted a change of scenery and are now looking for a new flat mate to join us!

About us:
- 26 - 29 year old (Norwegian and Dutch)
- Both professional
- We are quite busy with work during the week, but like to hang out together in the weekend and hit the occassional restaurant, pub, or bar. We would very much like someone else who is in for these things every once in a while (but obviously understand people live their own lives as well).

About you:
- We are open for anyone, as long as you are a professional of roughly the same age as us, and in to make it a "homey" flat together by getting to know each other outside the flat as well

About the flat:
- Very spacious (125m2) apartment with two floors
- Private terrace (15m2) with direct access to large communal garden
- Extremely central location with a close walk to Tottenham Court Rd, Euston, Goodge Street, and Russell Square
- Located in Bloomsbury with direct access to everything it has to offer (e. g. British Museum), close walks to Soho, Covent Garden, and Marlybone
- 24 month contract with a 12 month break clause
- Council tax band E

About the room
- You would have the third bedroom which consists of a double bed and other furniture to store your clothes / belonging (photo 1).
- The room does not fit a desk but there is ample opportunity to set something up in the common areas, especially given the seperate living room / kitchen.
