New flatmate needed, spacious double (w/ bills)

An amazing double room next to Selfridges and a 2 minute walk to Bond Street Station (Elizabeth/Jubilee/Central line).

Bills included such as: Wifi, electricity, water, council tax, heating, and a maid 3x a week.

Your room (photos 4-6) currently has the furnishing already available including bedsheets, mattress, desk, chair, monitors, bedside desks, and a fan. You are welcome to bring anything else you'd like.

My previous flatmate had just moved out to a new country, so I am looking for a new flatmate to move in!

I have been living in the flat for 1 year and a half, and we have a maid come in 3x a week so it is well kept and clean. A clean and respectful flatmate is ideal :)

A little about me, I am Lebanese/German, born and raised in Dubai, and work in Finance so work 14 hours a day, meaning I'm rarely at home during the week, and I do not cook (meaning the kitchen's kept clean!). That said, I love to go to the gym, watch football, and occasionally play fifa and perhaps chill at home with a movie/YouTube on the weekends, so hanging out on the weekends is always an option!
