I am a dedicated dentist who is travelling for an overseas exam at the moment, I am seeking a responsible and friendly flatmate to take over my room.
Availability:
From 1st May to 10th June = 40 days
Rent and Deposit:
£750 (excluding bills) with a reasonable £150 deposit.
Bills Breakdown:
1. Water: £20/month
2. Gas and Electricity: Approximately £100/month
3. Council Tax: £80/month
4. Wifi: £6.66/month
Total Bills: Approximately £250/month
About the Flatmates:
1. Italian, 26, Female - works in Music Production.
2. German, 24, Female - Physics Teacher.
