The flat from Southwark Bridge Road

This is a double room available in a great location just south of the river in Borough, SE1. It has great access to the City, Soho, Westminster all within a 30 minute walk and a short walk away from major railway stations (London Bridge, Waterloo, Blackfriars, Elephant & Castle) and the tube (Borough, Southwark). Closer to the flat there is a Co-Op & Post Office (within the building), Tesco Express and Mercato Metropolitano the food market. Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer are a little further away, but still close. At the flat itself, there is a balcony with views over the Shard and the City, with a nice lounge/kitchen area and a secure bicycle parking area.

You'll be sharing the flat with me (James, 31, Software Engineer) - I like going out and will always be happy to go out with you for a drink or something, but also respect that you'll want your own space too, and I'm not going to be holding parties at the flat or anything silly here. I work from the office almost all the time, so you'll have the place to yourself if you want to WFH during the week.
