We're looking for someone friendly and sociable, who's clean, tidy and respectful. We're both 27 and work in advertising – on the creative side of things.

Furnished with double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Great natural light. Simple decor, so you can add your own touch. Available early September,

THE BILLS >>
An additional £85/month approximately.
And there is an agency fee of £150.

THE FLAT >>
Good sized living/dining room with big windows, and a small balcony off it – currently home to a basil and chive. Separate kitchen. Separate bathroom (bath & shower) and toilet. Up on the 2nd floor of a secure flat block and is relatively quiet.

THE LOCATION >>
Is insane. Loads of stations nearby, including Southwark, Waterloo, London Bridge and just a 3-minute walk to Borough station. Walking distance from Borough Market, Southbank and Mercato Metropolitano. Even central London if you like a stroll.
