Bright room in Borough- South Bank

A bright double furnished room on the 4th floor in central Borough. Sharing with one professional woman who works far too much, goes out alot and is mostly relaxed, but does like a tidy kitchen.

The room has a double bed, drawers and wardrobe and enough room for a small desk. The there is a shared lounge in the flat and kitchen with all the things a kitchen needs (but no dishwasher). There is a telly and good unlimted wifi included. A cleaner comes weekly. There is no lift to the flat so a daily walk up 4 flights of stairs is necessary.

Looking for a professional person who knows how to wash ther own dishes, is charming and good at shared space. Prefer a person who is vegetraian/ pescetarian, non smoker, has feminist/queer values, works, has a social life and is open and relaxed about most things.
