Huge double room in friendly Borough house

After a year and a half in this fabulous house share, it's finally time for me to move on.

The house is in an incredible location, just a few minutes walk to Borough station, less than 10 to London Bridge and about 15 to Waterloo. It's also right opposite a little park which is great with all this lovely weather.

The house is 4 bedrooms with a big kitchen with dining area; comfy living room with 3 sofas; a lovely, shiny, new bathroom that's just been fitted and even a little patio area out the back which is shared with the church next door.

The room itself is huge and contains a double bed, large built in wardrobe and big desk. I may also leave behind a chest of drawers if wanted.

There are 3 lovely girls living in the house currently and we'd like to keep it as a female house-share. Everyone has their own lives but when people are in we like to sit and chat over a glass of wine and some trashy TV.

Bills aren't included but are around £105 each a month which includes broadband, cleaner, and household consumables like toilet paper!

We're looking for someone laid back, friendly, clean and tidy who wants a place to call home. Hopefully that's you!
