Chilled homely borough flat

Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate to move in at the end of November, when my current flatmate moves out.

The flat is on the second floor of a grade 2 listed Georgian terrace. The property came unfurnised when I moved in 3 years ago and so I have tried my best to make it feel like home. The room itself comes unfurnished but there is already a small built in wardrobe in the room. The living room is a decent size, with two sofas and a dining table. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small but absolutely do the job in a 2 person flat. The rent is approx 875pcm in total when including bills, which covers, gas, electric, council tax, water & broadband. The deposit, I believe is 8 weeks rent, which I have approximated at 1, 340, but need to double check this with the management company.

The square is owned by a trust and run Capita who are pretty good at managing the flat/block. Also and once you are resident you have access to the private garden in the square, and free access to a secure garage if you have a bike which you would like to store. There are decent pubs in the area, we are less than a 10 min walk from Borough market, 15/20 min from Maltby Street and 15/20 min from Tate modern. If you wish you can choose to become a member of the 'village', and they oragnise occassional events and the membership also entitles you to 10% discounts at local shops including some at the market. Also you can find the occassional film crew knocking about from time to time and the Old Church across the road is used as a practise hall by the London Philarmonic Orchestra, which is a bit of a bonus during picnic season in the garden. In terms of flatmate I am looking for a flatmate who is easy going but respectful, someone who isn't in to crazy parties but wouldn't mind a cheeky pint down the pub from time to time. But also if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself no problem either.
