We are renting a room in a modern townhouse in a private gated development close to Bow Rd, Bow Church and Mile End stations also close to bus routes 8 and 25, also to Victoria Park, local cafes, supermarkets and Roman road street market
The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a toilet. There is a modern kitchen and a Living/dinning room in the ground floor with direct access to the garden form the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, wash machine, fridge/freeze, r microwave and induction hob. The cleaning is responsability of the tennants that must follow the cleaning Rota that in place.
We are looking for a responsible tenant. This is not a party house and you must respect the different work/sleeping pattern of the rest of the house. Apart of the electricity (60gbp/pcm) all other bills are included in the price.
