We are pleased to announce we are looking for a Flatmate to enter in a lovely double room in a New building just next to Devons Road DLR station, 10m away from Stratford.

About the flat:

We live in a 3rd floor, 2 bedrooms flat. The flat is facing the sun from around 12h until sunset so we get natural light most part of the day.

Main bathroom will be mostly use by you.

It has all the facilities you need. Tesco and Gym are just 3m walking from home as well as the canal! The area is quiet and there are restaurants, pubs and plenty of lovely cafes around.

DLR Devons Road stop is just 2m walking, and 3 stops away to Stratford (5m and you are at Stratford station).

Mile End - Central Line - 15m walk.
Bromley by Bow - District and Circle Line - 10m walk.


About us:

We are a couple of a 27 Spanish girl and 31 Lithuanian guy. We are clean, tidy and responsible. We spend most of the time out and the flat it’s our space to rest and relax at the end of the day, but we also like to play games and have fun with friends or flatmates when possible. We like socialising.

We have a young cat who is adorable, so our new flatmate should be someone who doesn't mind living with a lovely cat which may ask for some cuddles.
