As I'm away from London for most of the summer holidays, I'm transferring the room early, looking for female friendly, quiet, and tidy to take over my room
!!! Contract until 8/31 !!!
This means you will need to clear the room in advance or discuss the renewal of the contract with the landlord yourself!

The room is currently cleared, so if you mind the sheets, quilts and pillows, I can put them away

🪑The room has 1 double bed, 2 wardrobes, table and chairs
(Quilt is the wrong size, a bit uneven but doesn't affect use)

have kitchen with microwave and oven, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom .the area originally designated as the living room has been repurposed as a storage room for miscellaneous items. There is a garden at the back, though it's not frequently utilized by everyone.

🙎‍♀️ Total of 3 female roommates (2 Chinese, 1 Taiwanese)
included council tax, internet, water and you are only responsible for the energy bill(Average 70-80 per month)

5-minute walk to bus stop/Tesco/Poundland
12-15 minute walk to Bow Road (Destrict/Hammersmith&city/DLR) and Mile end (Cenrral)
