En-suite in Hackney Wick
Hey, I’ll be moving out of our beautiful flat at the end of May and looking for a tenancy takeover from June!
The room is en suite, with its own TV (currently dismounted and stored), large inbuilt wardrobe and windowblinds. There is floor heating throughout the flat.
Please be aware that some of the furniture in the living room (such as the dining table, couch, and lamp) may go with me, but we’re still working out an arrangement so the furniture may also remain in the flat!
We’re looking for someone respectful, who enjoys the occasional dinner party, and having film nights in. Someone more like a friend. You can expect to meet Dani/ existing flatmate during the viewing or separately to see if you both will enjoy sharing a home together.
Rent is 1300£ for the room (2600£ for the whole flat). Bills are approx 200£ each month including broadband, electric, council tax and water. Heating is topped up each month and we take turns!
