And downstairs there is an extra toilet room for guests, and also the room avaiable for this add, with private bathroom inside the room. The price of this bedroom is £900 GBP
About the house, we prioritize maintaining a tranquil atmosphere since we are all full-time employees and postgraduate students. However, we do welcome occasional gatherings in the living room on weekends.
We are seeking someone who is respectful, clean, tidy, sociable, and professional, and who can easily adapt to our living environment. Someone to have a good chat, spend a nice time, and enjoy our company, not just a stranger.
