What you’ll be renting:

Double room and single room which can be used as WFH office/Walk in closet in friendly 5 person houseshare. £919 plus bills (avg £60 p/m). The house has 2 bathrooms and a patio with space for bike storage and where we have bbqs in the summer.

The estate:

The house is situated in a luxury estate called Bow Quarters. The estate has a leisure centre with fully functioning gym, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. It also has gardens and a roof terrace to enjoy in summer.

The estate also has 24/7 gate security and a Co-Op shop on the grounds (handy). We also have a concierge so you don't need to worry about your parcels.

Who we are:

We are Scott, Sophie, Nani & Andrea, late 20s - early 30s, living in the house from 2-4 years. We're looking for a new housemate as Brian is sadly leaving us. We keep a clean & tidy house and enjoy each others company. Our landlord is responsive and sensible.
