I’m looking for a female professional to replace me as a tenant in this 2 bed flat. This is a double room, with a separate bathroom (with bathtub) for your own private use. Large open plan living area, with balcony.
Room is furnished with bed, small chest of drawers, wardrobe (but second spare wardrobe if wanted).
The kitchen has a dishwasher. The washing machine is a washer/dryer combo.
Concierge (parcels often delivered here)
underground parking available.
Close to Roman road (market, shops, restaurants etc).
Walking distance to Bow Road station, Bow Church station and Mile End (one stop from Bow Road).
I’m expecting to move out by 4th July.
Potential to move in earlier (e. g 4th June)
Current tenancy ends on 4th October 2024.
Water bill is included as it’s part of the estate service charge.
Other bills (Council tax, internet, utilities) come to around £150 each per month.
