Good size furnished double room available in modern furnished 2 bedroom flat in Bow, East London

I am renting from the landlord so you would need to go on the lease and the rent is fixed. There is a charge for referencing which I think is about £75.

The flat is on the top floor of a low-rise block, right on Hereford Canal & Victoria Park. The flat is open plan and very bright (sun all day – when it’s out) with laminated wood flooring and all the mod cons (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV & Broadband).
I’m a professional, just turned 41, laid back and when I am at home I like to relax.
Ideally looking for someone who is clean and tidy & got their own thing going on - but at the same time would be able to have a few drinks, a chat and a laugh in front of the tv or down the local.
I am easy to get on with and hopefully you will be too.
Mile End & Bethnal Green tube is a 15 minute walk away. Number 8 & 339 bus on the doorstep with the 277, 425 and D6 a 7 minute walk away. Near to Roman Road market and a lovely stroll through the park to Victoria Park Village. There is large Sainsbury’s in Whitchapel or Tesco’s on Bethnal Green Rd.
The rent is £661/month) + £44 council tax + bills which is approx £70ish/month if you average things out.
