This is a modern two bedroom, fifth floor flat located in Bow. The flat is fully furnished and has one secure parking spot available (I do not currently need this). The location is extremely convenient for travelling in and out of the city centre with good tube access - Bow Church (DLR), Bow Road (District and Hammersmith & City Lines), Mile End (Central Line) and an excellent 24 hr bus service located just minutes away from the flat.
Surrounding areas include Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford, the Olympic Park and Shoreditch (within easy access). There are plenty of amenities available nearby including gyms/mile end climbing wall, a large Tescoâs and a few pubs and restaurants.
I am a 25 year old professional female, looking to find a professional female flatmate to replace my current flatmate who will be moving out at the end of August. I am looking for a really friendly, clean/tidy, fairly easy going individual who is keen to get to know eachother. I would like someone who is not only a flatmate but would enjoy occasionally cooking together/watching a movie etc. Of course, personal space respected.
