£750 PCM including all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet). The room is available for 2 months only.

We have a lovely large double bedroom available in zone 2, within a 3 storey mid-terrace town house.

The room: Comes with a double bed with a comfortable mattress, one chest of drawers and one large wardrobe. The floor has recently been varnished exposing the real wood floor and the windows are double glazed which can be fully opened if required. It is on the 1st floor, east facing so the room is flooded with sunshine in the morning.
The second chest of drawers and boxes in the picture will be removed before the room is let out.

The house: The three bedrooms in the house are separated over three floors so there is some privacy. We have a large ground floor kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas oven etc. This leads into a small back garden. There is a large recently renovated bathroom on the second floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The communal living room also contains a dining table, sofa and tv. There will soon be space to lock a bike in the front of the house. We have a cleaner coming one a fortnight who cleans the whole house. We have Sky fibre unlimited 40mb wireless internet available.

The area: Although quite built up is very safe with mostly families, young professionals and students living in the surrounding houses/flats. There has been a lot of investment put into the area and it is getting nicer month by month. Victoria park and the new Queen Elizabeth park are 10 mins away by cycling/bus along the canal, which runs north to Hackney and west to the city (Angel). There is a 24 hours shop open close by and a large Tesco 6 mins away. Bow church DLR can be used to get to Westfield shopping centre (2 stop) or canary wharf. The london overground and soon cross-rail is available and at whitechapel station. Bow Road station has the district and hammersmith & city lines, one stop to mile end and you have the central line.

A bit about us: We are an engaged couple (male and female), young professionals working in events and cancer research. One British and one from France. One of us owns the house so it is not being sub-let and is well looked after. We are friendly and easy going, like to cook, have a drink and socialise with friends. We have two cats.

Couples are welcome, however the rent will be £850 PCM.
