We have the master bedroom available to rent in our Georgian town house situated on Bow Road.

The Room:

The room is on the first floor of the property. It comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, armchair and two bed side tables and has wooden flooring throughout. The room also has beautiful period features including floor to ceiling sash windows with French shutters, a large marble fireplace, ornate light fittings and a upright piano.

The house: There are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a free standing bath. There is a big 'cottage style' kitchen with long table and 8-plate gas stove/oven. We have a small front garden and a big leafy back garden with private parking (currently unused, so there's space!).We also have a sauna which is a bit of a novelty but can be good fun when friends are over!

The room is available to move in from the 6th December. Rent is £727 per month which includes bills. A security deposit of £825 is required.

Location: The house is in a great location as it is directly opposite Bow Road tube (District and Hammersmith+City Line), 5 mins walk from Mile End (Central Line) and also very near to Bow Church (DLR). The no. 25 bus can be caught from just outside the house and runs 24 hours to Oxford Circus and Stratford.

Tesco and CoOp are also only two minutes walk away.

Housemates: You will be sharing with 3 boys and 3 girls. We are all friendly young professionals with quite a varied mix of occupations, including a doctor, an artist, a sound engineer and a 999 operator.
