Good sized double in friendly share with garden.

We have a lovely, furnished, double bedroom available in our Victorian terrace, about 12 minutes walk from Mile end tube station (District, Central and Hammersmith and City lines) and about a 5 minute walk to Victoria park. The contract start date was the 18th of August but this is now flexible and a later date can be arranged.

The room itself is a good size and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table, and a period fireplace. The property also has a communal kitchen, communal living room and utility room, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a garden. There is secure bike storage available (we just use the utility room)

The street we are on is very quiet, and there is (the best ever) corner shop 2 mins from the property as well as a good selection of local cafes, pubs, restaurants and a tesco metro 10 mins away on the increasingly trendy Roman road. Shoreditch and Liverpool Street are a short bus ride away (which goes from round the corner). Victoria Park and regents canal are a 5 min walk away. Lauriston village is about a 10 min walk through the park and Broadway Market a 25 min walk along the picturesque canal.

We are a friendly house and like to have a chat, a drink and laugh together. However, we don't live in each others pockets and are quite happy to get on with our own thing too!

Both of use currently work at home due to the covid 19 situation and there is space for another person to work from home too without having to work in their room.

Bill's, including WiFi, are approx. £80-90 per month (not included in headline rent)
