We are a professional couple looking to share our wonderful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Caspian Wharf.
Our place is a recent development with an amazing terrace and ample shared living space. You will have a good sized double room and your own bathroom.

The apartment is well equipped and fully furnished and the quoted price includes all bills, wifi and sky (sky sports too).

The complex has 24 hour concierge and security, and we have our very own tesco, gym and dry cleaners downstairs. Very close transport links with the DLR, 8 minutes to Canary Wharf, 5 minutes to Stratford. What more could you ask for.

A little about us.
We are a newly engaged couple in our early 30's from Canada and Ireland. We work a lot and mainly evenings and weekends as we are both in the restaurant industry.
We are very laid back and spend most of our time off traveling and touring around London. We enjoy social drinks and great conversation.

We are looking for a person/couple who are like minded individuals and can help us maintain our wonderful place.
