One of my friends is moving on to pastures new and we are looking for someone to replace him. The room it's self is a large double. The room comes with a bed, a chest of drawers and even has space for a sofa, which also comes with the room too!
The rest of the house consists of a large bathroom and separate downstairs toilet, 3 other bedrooms and a kitchen/dining/living room.
We are looking for someone who wants to get involved with the house dynamic. We often hangout together in the living room, cook for each other, drink A LOT , however we're not a party house.
We are available most evenings for viewings.
