Double Room En Suite In 2 Bed Flatshare In Bow

Hello!

I am a live in landlord looking for a flatmate in a modern 2 bed flat in Bow.

The room contains a double bed, wardrobe and large chest of draws and an en suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen is open plan with a balcony.

The flat is conveniently located for the City and Canary Wharf:

- Number 8 bus leaves from just outside the flat and takes 25 minutes into Liverpool Street
- Bow Church DLR is a ten minute walk for Canary Wharf and Bank
- Bow Road is a twelve minute walk for the Hammersmith and District Line

You can also walk to Hackney Wick overground in 15 minutes and Stratford in 35 minutes. Victoria Park is a 5 minute walk and Roman Road market where all the shops are is a 2 minute walk.

So a little bit about me… I am a 26 year old solicitor working in the city - originally from Kent but moved to London for work. I enjoy exploring London and trying out new restaurants and bars! Equally, I quite like a chilled night in, as my real party days are sadly over. I am tidy and organised so would like a flatmate that can appreciate that.

The rent is £800pcm plus bills which are approximately:

- Electricity and Gas - £30
- Water - £13
- Council Tax - £43
- Sky Internet/TV - £17. 50

I would also require a deposit of half the rent (£400).

The flat comes with a parking space if you need one but will cost £10 a month. I also have visitors permits available.
