Mon-Fr or short term let

We (Andy & Sarah, young creative professionals) would like a Monday to Friday lodger in their 20's or 30's to share our two bed flat with us. The room is a good size double with double bed, TV, wardrobes & shelves, we are happy to put a desk or table in there if required. We share a bathroom, which is small but perfectly formed and we're usually in and out quickly! We are looking for someone relaxed, quiet and friendly. We lead quite busy lives, so would like someone who's sociable for a chat or a drink if we're around, but also someone who's happy by themselves in the evenings if we're out. We also have a 4 month old kitten who enjoys our attention, so someone who likes cats would be preferable. The rent includes all bills, including Internet and a fortnightly cleaner.
The flat is in a quiet residential area. Good transport links - 5 mins walk to Devon's Road DLR, so in total 15mins to canary wharf. Ten minutes walk to either Bow Road for the district line or Mile End tube for central line, it's two stops away from Liverpool street for the city or twenty minutes to Oxford circus. Buses also go straight down Mile End Road to the city. There is free evening parking on the street if needed. There is a Boris bike dock at the end of the street. There is also room in the flat for anyone wanting to keep a bike.
