With only a 10 min walk to Mile End or a 5 min bus ride to Bethnal Green/ 10mins to Shoreditch High Street there are great transport links across the city and a multitude of shops/ coffee shops down Roman Road.
Bills aren't included, but work out at about £50 per month. The only down side is a one off letting agent admin fee of £175(+VAT).
