1 double room in a lovely friendly house
Hello all
We have 1 double room available in our 4-bed garden house in Bow (from 30th November).
The room is on the ground floor with a window looking out into the garden. The room is unfurnished.
The house is a 10 min walk to Bow Road Station, 15 mins to Mile End and 5 minutes to Devons Road DLR. Also close to buses to Stratford, the City and the West End.
We are a warm and friendly bunch who enjoy a few drinks and movie nights together. We have the occasional night out as a flat but all lead busy social lives individually. We are sad to be leaving such a lovely house, having both lived here for a long time! We are looking for a new housemate that will also see this as their home, not just a place to stay.
The house has a spacious kitchen, separate living room (with sofabed), shared bathroom (with bath) and big garden. We have superfast broadband (most of the time!) along with Netflix and NowTV.
We each pay £620 per month for rent and all bills. There is a deposit of £812. 50 and there will be a charge for the checks of £50 and a cost for signing the contract (approx. 80 pounds per person)
